For standard shipping orders (excluding pre-orders), the processing and packaging period takes 1–3 business days before the order leaves our warehouse.
Please be advised: During peak shopping seasons, this processing time may be extended due to increased order volume.
Estimated delivery times are calculated after the order has been shipped and are based on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays and weekends. We do not fulfill or dispatch shipments on Saturdays or Sundays.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the provided shipping address. We shall not be held liable if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.
  • To optimize order processing and shipping efficiency, the window for canceling/modifying an order or updating its shipping address is very limited. If you need to cancel your order or change the shipping address, please contact us via the designated channel immediately after placing the order. We will make every effort to fulfill your request, but we cannot guarantee that all address or order changes will be successfully processed.
  • In case of issues with your tracking number or package delivery, we recommend contacting the courier directly first before reaching out to our team. Please allow 1–4 business days for tracking information to appear in the system. On rare occasions, tracking updates may be delayed or not show up, but this does not affect the delivery of your order. We advise you to contact us only after the estimated delivery time has passed.
All our shipments include full tracking and delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the address provided in your order, but you have not received the package, please contact the courier directly to investigate the matter. We will not take responsibility for packages where tracking records clearly indicate successful delivery to the specified address.
